My Approach

My approach is holistic, practical, and rooted in the understanding that health is deeply connected to the way we live our daily lives.

Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I look at the wider picture, including nutrition, stress, movement, sleep, emotional wellbeing, environment, relationships, and daily habits. Together, we explore achievable steps that support balance, resilience, and long-term health.

I believe health coaching is not about perfection or strict rules, but about education, empowerment, and learning how to work with the body in a supportive and sustainable way.

My role is to guide and support clients in developing greater awareness, healthier routines, and practical lifestyle changes adapted to their individual needs, circumstances, and goals.

We begin with a free online introduction call where we meet, discuss your goals and current situation, and explore whether this approach feels supportive and appropriate for you.

My Story

My connection to nature, regeneration, and holistic wellbeing runs through both my work in permaculture, naturopathy, and my own life. I was born in Belgrade. I moved to Amsterdam as a student in the early 1990s, a period marked by war, uncertainty, and major social change in the former Yugoslavia. Experiences of migration and transition deeply shaped my understanding of resilience, mental health, and the importance of community and supportive human relationships.

Through it all, nature stayed my constant refuge. Since childhood, being in forests, meadows, and natural environments has helped calm my nervous system, restore balance, and reconnect me with a sense of meaning and hope.

Working with ecological regeneration, herbalism, community wellbeing, and teaching permaculture through workshops and educational projects has deeply shaped the way I understand health:
as something connected not only to the body, but also to lifestyle, environment, relationships, stress, creativity, and our connection to the natural world. My interest in holistic health deepened following my own health challenges at a young age, including an ovarian tumour diagnosis in my twenties. Alongside conventional medical support, I began exploring natural approaches to wellbeing, such as nutrition, herbalism, and sustainable lifestyle practices to support the body’s resilience and healing capacity.

As a mother of three daughters, my understanding of health continues to evolve through family life and lived experience. Supporting one of my daughters through autoimmune-related health challenges further strengthened my interest in nutrition and naturopathic approaches. Through dietary and lifestyle changes, we witnessed her recovery and return to balance and wellbeing. These experiences ultimately led me to deepen my studies through CNM (College of Naturopathic Medicine), London, where I trained in naturopathic health coaching.

Alongside this, I have also worked as an intercultural interpreter and mediator, including with the Red Cross, supporting communication and understanding between people from different cultural and social backgrounds. This work strengthens my sensitivity to the emotional, social, and psychological dimensions of wellbeing and healing.
